It's not often non-animated news gets some air time here on Planet Zot, but then again it's not everyday that one of Planet Zot's own members not only happens to be a published writer, but is now also co-hosting a radio show!
That's right; Christy Condoleo, or Figowy if you might know her through her Planet Zot alias, is together with author J. D. Holiday reading story books three Saturdays a month on their exciting Blog Talk Radio Show entitled "It's Story Time, 'Gather Round".
In each show a different story and author will be highlighted and a picture book read. They read and entertain children and online audiences from all over the world, and at the end of each show they take calls from listeners. There is also a chatroom where those not wishing to speak live can type their questions.
And that's not all! From time to time they offer a chance to win a free book from one of the previous shows. So tune in and make sure to participate in their contests!
