At my college,there's an jap anime club,and I joined them to get to know more anime than just Inuyasha..and there are showing Utena.I'd say it's not bad.I think we're only at the 5th episode.

I was going to recommend Hellsing, but I see that's already been taking care of.
So... If you want a really cute, girlie anime, I'd recommend Fruits Basket.
It's just soooo cute! 
Plot: Tohru Honda is a high school student who just became an orhpan as her mother was killed in a car crash. She is to live with her grandfather, but the latter is remodelling the house, so Tohru decides to live in a tent out in the forest. While staying here, she finds a house inhabited by three cousins from the Sohma family, two of which she goes to school with.
They offer her a place in the house, in exchange for cooking and cleaning. And oh, is it needed...
After a short time though, weird things start to happen, and it becomes clear that some members of the Sohma family are living with a curse - including the three cousins Tohru is staying with! How will this end? 
Watch it if you like shõjo anime about family, love and friendship. And lots and lots of humor.

Hmmm I recommend Death note, Saiukoku Monogatari, Air, Gundam Seed, Fate Stay Night, and Chrno Crusade.
Saiukoku Monogatari takes place in the past in Japan and starts off with a lazy emperor. To get the emperor to act as he such, the advisors decide it's time to bring in Shuurei, a teacher and young woman who's desire is to be a government official. The series progresses and Shuurei's job is eventually done, however the emperor has fallen for shuurei. I guess you could say it's kinda girly. -shrugs- It's a good series and it's pretty funny at times. Betrayl, awkward characters, stubborness it's quite entertaining.
Air is about a boy named Yukito who makes a living the same way his mom did before him; As a puppeter he makes his money all the while searching for winged beings. He comes to a town where he meets an awkward dinosaur obsessed girl who's haunted by dreams of flying, a girl who's a great cook, a girl who's possesed, and a little girl whose always hyper. Yukito stays with the dinosaur girl named Misuzu and her "mother" who's always trying to get Yukito to drink with him. It's good but contains many sad parts.
Gundam Seed, like the other gundadm series it has gundams((no way!!! xD)). However, it takes place in both earth and space as a war between Coordinators and Naturals rages on. Naturals are born the way you an I are while Coordinators had there DNA changed so that the kid would end up as the parents want it. Kira ends up the pilot of the earth's gundam Strike and with his friends inhabit the Archangel, Earth's newst ship. What will happen to these kids who desire no part in the war and just want to return to their parents?
Fate Stay Night takes place in modern times. The main character, Shirou Emiya, parent's die when he's 5 and then he is taken in by a sorceror. While Shirou has very little talent, he fails to become a sorceror like his dead adopted father. However, Shirou is pulled into the Holy Grail War where witches and sorcerors summon servants to fight till there's only one left. Shirou accidentally summons the servant Saber. With his lack of desire to kill off other masters, what will become of Shirou?
Chrno Crusade is a show in which Rosette Christopher and her brother Joshua live in an orphanage. Joshua is sick and weak while Rosette is a hotheaded strong girl. One day they take off into the woods where they meet a devil/sinner name Chrno. The three end up friends but over time another devil comes to answer Joshua. This devil gives Joshua an offer, joshua takes the offer and causes chaos. The devil takes off with joshua leaving Chrno and Rosette, determined to get him back. What will happen to the three as time progresses?

Review:
Oosaki Nana (aka Nana) is a strong headed girl. The hard life she had been living mold her into one stubborn girl who is full of ambition. One year after her boyfriend left her to head to Tokyo to be a guitarist with some big shot band, Nana decided to try her luck in Tokyo in realising her dream to be a punk rock band singer.
Komatsu Nana (aka Hachi, Hachiko, Hachikou) on the other hand, is such a spoilt childish girl. All her life seems to be revolving around herself, her crushes and her heart breaks. Assuming to herself that she finally found that one true love, her boyfriend suddenly decided to move to Tokyo, telling her to follow him when he got into university later.
One with her guitar and a pack of cigarretes, the other with her one luggage full of clothes, one trying to be a singer without the help of the boyfriend while the other is just following the boyfriend out of her spoilt personality, the two Nanas met each other in the train, make friends, and through a series of fortunate events, ended up sharing a flat together.
A story of friendship between the two Nanas, each with a different background, pasts, lifestyles and attitudes, and how they walk the path in pursuing their dreams of love, career and happiness.
