Here are some suggestions to get you started on your Zot experience:
 Customize your Davvie
Davvies are little virtual dolls which are used as a cartoon representation of yourself here on Zot, kind of like a dynamic PlanetZotian avatar. You can customize your davvie any way you like and even make it resemble yourself or a favorite cartoon character. The possibilities are endless! Whenever you do something on Zot, like participating in a discussion or claim a favorite toon or animation, your davvie will be displayed on that very same page, so your experience on Zot will be more fun if you customize your davvie first.

A link to the Davvie Equipment Panel can be found in the menu to the left on any page on Zot.

 Rate and Collect Cartoons
With your davvie in place it's now time to rate some cartoons! As a registered user you will now have the possibility to rate all the cartoons available on Zot - that's a lot of cartoons! You can find a listing of all the animations available by clicking on the link "Cartoons" in the menu at the top of any page. Once you've selected an animation of your choice you can rate it by clicking on the stars displayed in the cartoon's overview page; The more stars you give, the higher is your opinion of that specific cartoon.

You can also collect various cartoons by becoming a PlanetZotian fan of a given animation. Simply scroll down the very same page where you rated a cartoon until you see a section called "Fans". Once there click on the link saying "Add this cartoon to your favorite cartoons collection". As soon as you have added two or more cartoons you can start organizing your favorite cartoon collection list by moving cartoon titles up and down your list, allowing you to keep track and rank all your favorite animations.
You can access your favorite cartoons collection at any time by clicking on the "Collections" link in the menu to the left on any page.

 Rate and Collect Toon Characters
Just was you rated and collected animations, you can do the same thing with cartoon characters in our popular Toon Rater. You can find a listing of all the toons available for rating by clicking on the link "Toons" in the menu at the top of any page. Once you've selected a toon of your choice you can rate it by clicking on the stars displayed in the toon's info page; The more stars you give, the more do you like that specific toon.
Don't forget to pick up your certificate of fandom while rating your favorite toons!

It's also possible to collect all your favorite toons and add them in your favorite toons page where you can rank them as you like. Simply scroll down the very same page where you rated your toon until you see a section called "Fans". Once there click on the link saying "Add this toon to your favorite toons collection".
You can access your favorite toons collection by clicking on the "Collections" link in the menu to the left on any page.

 Discuss about Cartoons
The Planet Zot Forums is a friendly online community dedicated to cartoons and animation in general. In here you will find people from all over the world discussing and sharing their opinions about anything cartoon related, and most importantly, having lots of fun. Do you have a question about a cartoon? Want to share your opinion about a cartoon character? Post a topic at our Forum community and let the debates begin!
