Description Through a series of strange events the hot headed fighter Mugen and the more cold and reserved samurai Jin sets out on a journey to aid the clumsy waitress Fuu in her cryptic quest to find the "samurai who smells of sunflower", a journey that will bring them in all kinds of weird places and messed up situations all over Japan. This groundbreaking show provides an intriguing combination of modernized hip-hop and more traditional samurai swordplay, which gives it an unique and refreshing style that truly makes it stand out from the many mainstream animations. Targeted for an older audience only in both language and story, it provides plenty of action and loads of situations that are not common in other animations. Overall a great anime with awesome artwork and an impressive and successful blend of traditional as well as modern styles and themes. A must see for all animation fans!
