Kagura tells him that it is a fake shard made from a poison. She sends silver razors at him hurting him badly. Kagura tries to take Koga's jewel shards but then notices an arrow darting toward her. Kagura defends herself by making a floating shield of the dead men to block her from the arrow. She looks up and sees Kagome. She tries to get Kagome but then Inuyasha gets up and says " you will not hurt Kagome." Inuyasha dashes toward Kagura with his Tetsusaiga but she blocks it. Then Kagura sends wind cyclones toward Inuyasha. Inuyasha figures that he could defeat her with the wind scar. He couldn't see it because the wind is under Kagura's control. Inuyasha then realizes that Kagome's sacred arrow can drive off her wind. Inuyasha tells Kagome to shoot him with an arrow so he can use his wind scar. Kagome shoots him. The arrow slices through the wind. Kagura then notices that the wind has disappeared. Inuyasha sees the wind scar and it cuts through Kagura. She flies away knowing that she is defeated. Meanwhile, Sango and Miroku kill Naraku's demon. The castle then breaks up. Kagome rushes to help Koga. Kagome tries to touch the arm but a barrier keeps her from doing it. Inuyasha comes and says there is a way to save him. He raises his Tetsusaiga and goes to cut the arm off. Kagome tells him to stop and that there has to be another way. Shippo then realizes that they can't touch the arm, but Kagome's sacred arrow can. She pulls out the arrow and jams it into Koga's arm. The jewel comes out and disappears. Kagome and Inuyasha leave. Koga seeks revenge on Kagura and Naraku. Inuyasha falls asleep on Kirara. Kagome explains all the problems Naraku is responsible for and that they have to kill him for his treacherous acts. Kagura goes back to Naraku. She yells at him wanting to know why he didn't tell her about the power of the Tetsusaiga. She attacks Naraku with her razors but they bounce right off him and they hit the walls and the windows. Naraku puts his hand out and a red ball appears on it. He tells her that its her heart, and then squeezes it, making Kagura fall.

Inuyasha thinks he has enough strength left fore one good swing and goes for it , he hit Tokijin out of Kajinbo's hand. Tokijin lands a couple of feet away in the ground, a evil purple glow keeps simmering around the blade. The whole group is wondering how to destroy the sword, Miroku says he can't do it, and the Totosai won’t even come near it because the evil aura is so strong. Then Inuyasha says he will destroy it he will use Tetsusaiga to cut in half, and proceeds to attempt so. He gets electrocuted, and, as an added bonus, Tokijin doesn't even has a scratch. Inuyasha is a bit mad over this and sits down saying he is going to wait to see to whom the sword belongs. This becomes a problem, because it is a full moon and Inuyasha has transformed human. Away from Inuyasha, Miroku and Kagome make a plan to give Inuyasha until morning to change back. Kagome is to tell Inuyasha to "sit" and when he is down he Miroku will hit him on the head. They think that if they don’t, Inuyasha’s stubbornness will keep him near the sword and put him in extended danger. Totosai sits next to Inuyasha and tells him that the sword has become heavier because he added Inuyasha's fang. He tells him that, because it was first made out of a fang from his father, his father had been protecting him, but now a piece of Inuyasha was in it and that means he has to learn to protect himself now, before he can use Tetsusaiga's true powers. 46. "Juuroumaru and Kageroumaru"

The episode begins with the gang walking happily, commenting on how quiet it is. Kagome suddenly senses the presence of Shikon shards, which turn out to be Koga, who wanted to ask them where Naraku is - and to visit Kagome ^.~ After a lot of bickering between Koga and Inuyasha, Koga continues on his way after calling Inuyasha 'dog' and telling him not to lay a hand on Kagome. Later on that day, Koga smells Naraku, and went to have a look. Naraku uses Koga to test his new detachment, Juroumaru. Koga senses 'great danger' from Juroumaru, so he ran away ^_^ Inuyasha makes an untimely entrance and ends up having to fight Juroumaru instead, . Our favorite hanyou isn't doing too well, however. He can barely lift the Tetsusaiga. A little while away, Koga's henchmen reminded him that if Inuyasha is in danger, then Kagome is in danger, too. Wolf Boy rushes back just in time to save Kagome from Kageroumaru, a disgusting youkai from Juroumaru's stomach. *puke* Koga boasts that he can beat Kageroumaru's awesome speed, and the battle continues. Inuyasha is badly injured, and gets thrown into a tree and is out cold. Sango helps to slow down Kageroumaru by spreading poison in the ground, stopping him from hiding underground. The enraged Kageroumaru decides to eat Kagome's liver, and sped towards her. Both guys , recover instantly and dash to save “their girl.” Koga was stopped by Juroumaru, so it was up to Inuyasha. He, in his desperation to save Kagome, swings Tetsusaiga with ONE HAND. After making sure Kagome is ok, he goes back to fight. Koga, thinking that he can kill Juroumaru now that Kageroumaru isn't there to annoy him, sped towards Naraku's detachment. Inuyasha realizes that Kageroumaru is back inside Juroumaru, ready to leap out and kill Koga. He rushes over, and defeats both Kageroumaru and Juroumaru in one swing, nearly chopping Koga in half in the process ^_^. This episode ends with Kagome saying her all-powerful 'SIT!!' to Inuyasha to stop him and Koga fighting. The two continue bickering as the rest off the gang walked off.

Anyway, Kagome is not angry with Inuyasha at all so she just goes back to her own time to get bandages and medicine for the others, meanwhile Inuyasha is laying on the floor at Kaede's house twitching nervously because he is really worried if Kagome is really mad at him. As Kagome leaves Kaede's house Shippo runs after her begging her not tot leave, but she explains to him what she is really going to do and that "it's good to make Inuyasha worry." Then Shippo nodded and "said that Inuyasha was just jealous because Koga said that you are his woman and Inuyasha got mad because he loves you." (awwww) so then Kagome nodded and left. As Kagome returns home her mother runs her a hot bath, after her bath she says a few things about Inuyasha and takes a nap. Next the story focuses on Kikyo, Inuyasha's former lover, who was killed by Naraku 50 years ago all just because Onigumo was jealous of Inuyasha and Kikyo. Then Kikyo says "is that you Naraku?" and of course he replies "yes" so to get rid of him, she replies "you still yearn (like me) do you not?" and then she says something about Onigumo’s heart still beating for her and as soon as she says that he, leaves. Back at Naraku's castle passed off about what Kikyo says he makes a demon that collects souls to take all the souls from Kikyo because that's what she lives off of and to kill her off. Again back in the village Kikyo and the other villagers sense a bad omen or presence off near bye. So Kikyo takes off after the demon on her horse with her bow and arrow. She tries to defeat the demon but she can't because the demon is eating the souls Kikyo needs to live and so she becomes week. soon the demon backs her off the cliff and she falls. Kagome watches them the whole time as Inuyasha hugs Kikyo saying he will only protect her and stuff like that as Kikyo tells him to get off of her. Next she pulls a dagger out at him and tells him to back off and she flies away. Kagome falls to the ground with her heart broken and of course with Inuyasha being half dog demon he hears her and he turns around and stares at here with a blank face expression like: I don't know what to say. 48. "I Want to go Back to Where We Met"

This episode starts off by flash backing to the previous episode. Where Inuyasha vows to protect Kikyo and hugs her with great passion; not knowing that Kagome has seen the whole thing. Kikyo brings a knife to Inuyasha throat and gets carried away her soul catchers. Inuyasha hears a noise and turns to see Kagome creeping out of the shadows. They stare at each other, Kagome thinking, "Why is he looking at me like that? Look away, please just look away." Inuyasha opens his mouth, still gazing into Kagomes eyes and whispers, "Kagome..." Kagome dreading the words about to come from his mouth backs away and runs. She's back at Kaede's village in the hut with Miroku, Sango, and Shippo, unpacks her backpack and sets off to leave again, leaving Miroku, Sango, and Shippo questioning why she left, due to the fact that the fight they know about was just a small one. Later in the day Inuyasha comes walking slowly from the forest, Sango, Miroku, and Shippo all rush to him telling him Kagome has gone back to her own time. Miroku knows something went on with him and Kikyo, that Kagome witnessed because he had seen the lights of Kikyo's soul catchers. Inuyasha says nothing but from his look gives it away that Miroku's accusations are of the truth. Kagome, in her own time is at breakfast with her family. Her brother and Grandpa are talking umangst themselves about what's wrong with her, her brother Sota points out that she hasn't said a word sense she got back. Just as they are about to ask her what's the matter her mother shoves their faces with food. Kagome says she's not hungry and starts to clean up. As Kagome walks away her Grandpa and Sota try to yell after her but her Mother covers their mouths and just comments how good the food taste. Kagome is at the foot of the well just staring at the bottom, wondering if she should return the shards. Then she wishes that Kikyo would just disappear from their lives, then thinking, "Have I really become that bad of a person?" She then decides Inuyasha should not see her like this. So she heads off to school. She's walking along the with her three friends and they say, "What's wrong is it over with your 'boyfriend'?" She stops, and they wonder if they said something wrong? She continues on, turns back to them with the hugest smile and says, "I'm over it. I'm okay, really." They wonder if she's okay. It returns to Kagome walking in front of the tree where they first met, and remembers the first episode where Inuyasha mistakes her for Kikyo. Then it flash backs to the previous episode and Kikyo and Inuyasha's embrace. She begins to cry. As she does her Mother walks by with groceries and mutters, "Kagome...?" Kagome runs towards her mother, hugs her and cries into her chest. Her Mother does not dare ask what happened; and instead says, "Don't you feel pure? When you are underneath this tree? It's said to purify your heart." "Your father proposed to me under this tree. I didn't think it was going to happen because we had a fight the day before, about a small thing. But we were under this tree and I just said yes. I was blessed with you and Souta and I partly thank this tree." Kagome just stares at her with so much love. "I don't know what happened Kagome, but I believe in you." It shows Inuyasha walking towards the well. A light coming down blindes him for a split second and he is surprised to see Kagome sitting on the edge of the well looking down. He walks towards her about to say her name, saying, "Kagome when I'm with you I feel happy, I never trusted anyone before you, and you cried for me..." Just then is when she starts off. "You know that Kikyo and I are completely different, even though I'm supposed to be her reincarnation. But I was thinking about Kikyo for a long hard time. Then I realized there is one thing that we have in common...." Inuyasha looks at her, a little confused and surprised, as Kagome continues. "The one thing we have in common is our desire to be with you." Inuyasha gasps, as if amazed. "Knowing that Kikyo and I have that one thing in common calmed me down, a lot." Kagome gets up and walks towards Inuyasha, "I just have one question, can you answer it for me?" "Can I stay?" He just looks at her. "Come on, Let's go!" She says as she grabs his had. For a while his hand is limp in hers, then he warms up and tightens his hand to hers. They walk away down towards Kaede's village just looking at each other, smiling, and gazing into each other's eyes.
